The itinerary just wasn't great. It felt kind of all over the place, and we were constantly being hurried from one stop to the next! A few places didn't really seem worth the time, while the main spots barely got any time at all?? It made the whole experience feel rushed and frustrating.

"Not the best experience trying to get answers"
I was looking around at a few different options for a trip and had a couple of simple questions before deciding whether to book. Nothing too complicated, just basic stuff I wanted to clear up first. At first I figured they were probably busy, so I didn’t think much of waiting a bit for a reply, but the communication just wasn’t great. One of my emails never got answered at all, and when I finally did hear back, the response didn’t really answer what I had asked. It kind of left me feeling like they weren’t that interested in helping once I had shown interest. Maybe others have had a better experience, but it didn’t make me feel comfortable trusting them with a trip

"Disorganized from the very beginning"
I booked this tour with my brother, it felt messy right from the start. The meeting point wasn’t explained clearly, the bus showed up late, and it seemed like no one really knew what was supposed to happen next.
We ended up spending way more time waiting around than actually visiting the places we came to see. The guide was friendly enough, but the whole schedule felt all over the place. I wouldn’t book with militarytour.com again.

"Couldn’t get a response when I needed help"
I reached out to militarytour.com with a question before booking, i expected at least a quick reply within a day or two.
I sent another message after that and still heard nothing. It kind of felt like nobody was checking emails, or like my question just wasn’t important enough to answer.
The tours might be great, I can’t really say. But compared to other companies I’ve contacted before, where they at least... I don’t know, the slow response before paying made me not feel confident about trusting them afterward.

"Meals really messed up our plans"
The meal situation was frustrating. The times kept changing, so we had to keep rearranging what we were doing, and it threw off plans we’d already made. On top of that, the food choices felt cheap and really limited. We ended up buying our own meals more than once, which was annoying since we’d already paid for the tour and expected that to be handled

i mean, the tour itself probably could’ve been decent, but the transportation was bad. The bus was old, the seats were cramped, and the AC barely worked. We also spent a lot of time just waiting around without much explanation, which made the whole day way more frustrating than it needed to be.

"Decent stay, but the rooms could use an update"
The tour itself was fine, but the accommodation felt average to me. The room was clean enough, just really basic and a bit dated, you know? The bed was okay, but not exactly super comfortable. For the price, I kind of expected a little more, but maybe that’s just me. It was manageable for a short trip, though.

I’ll admit I’m probably more cautious than most when it comes to sharing my info online, but this site didn’t give me a good feeling. I couldn’t find enough clear details about how my personal information would be handled, and that made me hesitate before booking anything. Maybe other people are totally fine with it, but for me personally, I didn’t feel safe enough to keep using it.

"Guide just seemed unprepared"
I booked this expecting the guide to have a solid understanding of the military sites, but it felt like he was just repeating basic facts and sort of guessing whenever people asked questions.
A few people asked simple things and he didn’t really answer them, he just kind of moved on. He was nice enough, but not really the expert-level guide I thought I was paying for. I just wouldn’t book it again.

I tried booking a tour and the whole thing was just confusing. The site kept sending me through weird steps, and when I got to the payment page I wasn’t even sure what was going on. After paying, I still didn’t really know if my spot was confirmed or not. Just not a smooth experience at all...

"Really disappointing trip overall"
This trip was disappointing from start to finish. The planning felt messy, the buses were late, and whenever something went wrong, it felt like nobody wanted to take ownership or give a clear answer. I spent more time waiting around and trying to figure out what was happening than actually enjoying the trip. Definitely didn’t feel worth the money.
